These Terms & Conditions apply to Pet Impact’s Plastic Free July giveaways run during July 2026, unless separate terms are stated on an individual giveaway post.

Promoter
The promoter is Pet Impact, a brand owned by Lavender Flow Ltd.

Eligibility
Giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only.

Giveaway Period
Each giveaway will run from the start date and time stated on the relevant giveaway post until the closing date and time stated on that post. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

How to Enter
Entry instructions will be stated on each giveaway post. No purchase is necessary to enter. Unless otherwise stated on the giveaway post, only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete, late, automated, bulk, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

Prize Details
The prize or prizes available for each giveaway will be stated on the relevant giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative unless expressly stated or required at Pet Impact’s discretion where a prize cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

“Lifetime Supply” of ReSEAcled Poo Bags
Where a giveaway prize includes a “Lifetime Supply” of ReSEAcled Poo Bags, this means a supply for one nominated dog only, calculated at 2 poo bags per day, equal to 730 poo bags per year.
The Lifetime Supply will be provided in annual instalments of 730 poo bags per year, with UK delivery included. The prize will continue while the nominated dog remains alive, in the winner’s care, and in need of poo bags, up to a maximum of 15 years from the date the prize is awarded.
The Lifetime Supply does not apply to additional dogs, future dogs, or any other person or household unless agreed in writing by Pet Impact.
The winner agrees to notify Pet Impact in good faith if the nominated dog is no longer in their care or if the poo bags are no longer needed. Pet Impact may request reasonable confirmation once per year before sending the next annual supply. If the winner does not respond within 28 days of such a request, Pet Impact may pause fulfilment until confirmation is received.
If the winner moves outside the United Kingdom, Pet Impact reserves the right to end the delivery element of the prize or agree alternative arrangements at its discretion.

Product Availability and Substitution
If ReSEAcled Poo Bags are discontinued, materially changed, or unavailable, Pet Impact may provide a reasonable equivalent product or alternative of broadly equivalent value for the remaining prize period, where reasonably possible.

Personal Use Only
Prizes are provided for personal use only and must not be resold, redistributed, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without Pet Impact’s prior written consent. Pet Impact reserves the right to stop future prize fulfilment if it reasonably believes the prize is being resold, transferred, misused, or claimed dishonestly.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected using the method stated on the relevant giveaway post. Where a winner is chosen at random, the draw will be carried out fairly from all valid entries received before the closing date. Where a winner is selected based on judging criteria, those criteria will be stated on the relevant giveaway post.

Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
Winners will be contacted via the platform used for the giveaway, or by another contact method where provided. Winners must respond within [7 days] of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. If a winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot reasonably be contacted, Pet Impact reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Delivery
UK delivery is included in the prize unless otherwise stated. Pet Impact will aim to dispatch physical prizes within 30 days of the winner confirming their details, unless the prize is stated to be delivered in instalments or there are circumstances outside Pet Impact’s reasonable control.

Publicity and Winner Information
Pet Impact may publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place, such as the winner’s surname and county, unless the winner objects or requests that less information is published. Winners may object to this or request reduced publication by contacting Pet Impact.

Data Protection
Personal data provided for the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfil prizes. Entrants will not be added to Pet Impact’s marketing list unless they have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

Platform Disclaimer
Giveaways are organised and run by Pet Impact and Lavender Flow Ltd. They are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform on which they are promoted. By entering, participants acknowledge that the relevant social media platform is not responsible for the giveaway.

General
Pet Impact reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions or are otherwise fraudulent, abusive, or unfair. Pet Impact may cancel, suspend, or amend a giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
By entering a giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
