Our returns policy
If you are not happy with any of our products or if your product appears faulty, we will give you your full money back, guaranteed. Simple as that!
We can either replace the product free of charge, or refund you the total cost including postage.
At the end of the day, you and your pet's happiness is the most important thing to us and we aim to be as fair and understanding as possible.
So if there is a genuine problem, we will work hard to resolve it!
How to return a product and claim your refund or replacement:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your problem and we (Alice or Gavin) will be happy to assist you. Please also quote your original order number, found on your order confirmation email and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately we can't accept returns for our treats, chews, paw balm, shampoo or conditioner bars due to the nature of these products, but we can give you a full refund if you are not happy.
Please note, it may take a couple of days for your dog to get the hang of chewing on our natural chews, so try to give them a little time to get used to them.
