HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard (3-4 working days):
£2.99 for all orders under £28. Orders over £28 qualify for free standard delivery.
Express (1-2 working days):
£4.99
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please refer to your order dispatched email for your order's tracking number.
If you have trouble finding this email, please get in touch with us at support@petimpact.co.uk and share your order number.
Orders shipped by standard should take 3-4 working days to arrive, while express delivery takes 1-2 working days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with any of your products or if your product is faulty, we can either replace the product free of charge, or refund you the total cost including postage.
If the product is not as you expected, you can return the item for a full refund.

PACKAGING DISPOSAL INFO
All orders are shipped in cardboard boxes or paper mailer bags with paper tape used.
Both cardboard and paper are widely recycled and can be added to home recycling.
Subscriptions
HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can access your subscriptions by logging in to your account. Once logged in, click "My Subscriptions" on the menu and you will be able to view, edit, pause or cancel your existing subscription.
