Will the collar fit my puppy?
Double check your puppy's neck measurement before ordering. You'll receive a small collar, which is adjustable to fit 25–37cm necks.
If your puppy’s neck measures less than 25cm, the collar won’t fit yet.
How big is the included lead?
Your Hemp & Cork lead measures 1.2m long.
How do I wash and dry the pads?
We recommend machine washing at 40°C, although the pads can withstand temperatures up to 90°C.
Skip the fabric conditioner, then hang them up to dry or tumble dry on low heat. They air-dry quickly, so you can save the dryer a job - and use less energy!
What size are the washable pads?
You'll get a pack of 3 washable pads. They're all the same size – 80x60cm.
Do the pads have other uses once my puppy is toilet trained?
Yes! Once toilet training is behind you, the pads still have plenty of uses. Keep one by the door for muddy paws, protect your car seats after walks, or use one to line a crate. They’re also handy beneath food bowls and litter trays, during whelping, or for protecting sofas and beds.
They can even help keep other pets’ spaces clean, including rabbit and guinea pig hutches.
Is the walking bag waterproof?
The fabric is water-resistant, so it offers protection in light rain. For heavier downpours, use the belt clip to wear it beneath your coat.
It’s machine washable when it needs a freshen-up, too!
How big is the walking bag?
It’s compact and lightweight, measuring 20 × 14 × 7cm, with separate compartments to keep treats, unused poo bags and small essentials organised.
Wear it across your body, around your waist or clipped to your belt - whichever feels most comfortable.
