How to use
Usage Tips
Apply a generous amount twice daily or 1 hour before going out on walks.
Although it is lick safe - ensure your dog doesn't lick the balm off to allow it to work! Try keeping them busy with a puzzle feeder or play with them.
Before Using
- Quickly read through the safety info (found below)
- Ensure your dog is comfortable having his/her feet handled. If they are very sensitive to this, it might be worth slowly training them by positive reinforcement first (reward each time they allow you to touch their paws).
- Have your dog’s paws clean and dry. They don’t need to be sparkly clean - just removing any surface dirt with a damp cloth will do.
Applying the Balm
- Best times to apply are before sleep or rest, so the balm has lots of time to be absorbed. Avoid applying just before play or exercise.
- Gently rub off a small amount of balm from the surface with your finger.
- Massage this into your dog’s paw pads until you get a smooth even covering and a nice shine.
- Try to keep your dog still for a couple of minutes after application by tummy rubs, brushing, treat bribery, etc. If you have another person to help, this would be helpful with very wriggly dogs as they can distract your dog. If not, using a licking mat with peanut butter would provide good distraction!
- Use 2 to 3 times daily for dry and cracked paws. For maintenance, use between 4 and 5 times a week.
Other Information
- The balm is fine to be licked.
- The balm is naturally pigmented with no additional dyes or colouring, but the natural oil-based ingredients mean that the balm can rub off on surfaces if your dog walks off when it is freshly applied.
- This natural balm can also be used for

- spots of sore (non-infected) skin
- elbow calluses and rough skin patches - This balm does not replace any treatment from your vet who would be able to examine your dog physically and advise the best treatment.
Safety info
- Please avoid use in puppies less than 8 weeks old, or pregnant animals.
- While all the ingredients are natural and safe, please check that your pooch has no known allergies to any of them.
- If unsure about allergies - for the very first application, please apply to only one paw and leave for a few minutes. A reaction, if any, will be mild and possibly show as reddened skin.

Dear Pet Impact. Just a few words on our bitches paws after the application of your Paw Revitaliser Balm. Our hound is a speedy Lurcher who often is accompanied by her Lurcher support team to the beach. With the course granite sand in Cornwall and the constant paw drowning in the salt water, Tipsy’s pads got very dry and cracked which led to her ripping her stopper pads when running in the woods or on harder ground. Since applying the revitalising balm, Tipsy’s pads are much softer and more malleable which means her cracked and then torn pads are an ancient memory. A truely brilliant product for a very fast and life enjoying Lurcher.
I bought this product to help my rescue Belle with sore pads, early days at the moment, but she certainly likes it....a bit too much as she licks it off as soon as I apply it to her pads! I am happy with this balm and prefer to use all natural ingredients if possible.
I got this as both of my dogs had rough paw pads, one worse than the other. I have been using it twice a day for just over 4 weeks. I like that the ingredients are all natural.My less active dog's paws improved after around a week of use.The balm helped to heal some cracks on my other dog's paws after 10 days but most of the pads are still rough. I think this may be because he is very active and outdoors a lot whereas my other dog who has smooth paws is old and spends more time indoors so perhaps this product would be better for dogs who are less on the go.I have used most of the tin in the 4 weeks I've had it so it's been given a good chance to do its thing which gave mixed results on two very different dogs with very different activity levels.The photos I've uploaded are those of my very active dog.
My spaniel’s paw pads have become pretty cracked and dry, he started licking at them recently too. Was recommended this balm by a friend, and have seen that it makes a huge difference. The licking has stopped, and his pads feel healthier and smoother. The balm is easy to apply and gets absorbed quick. But to be safe I still distract him with treats or belly rubs to give it some time to sit. Not strongly fragranced either, just has a nice natural scent to it. Would highly recommend
Really awesome paw balm! We have tried a few paw balms but they unfortunately are nearly always in a plastic container - this comes in a lovely metal tin and was larger than I expected! It applies really well - the balm spreads and smooths over the foot pad easily which was great as some others we have tried are too firm and don’t absorb well. Knowing it is lick-safe was a definite plus for me as my dogs will start to lick their paws right after applying! Overall very happy with the paw balm and will buy it again
I brought this for my 11 month old puppy as I noticed that his soft little paws were beginning to get hard and cracked. With the recent hot weather, he was also walking on a lot drier and rougher surfaces, so I wanted to protect his paws from further damage. We've been using this balm for a week now and his paws are looking a lot softer and more moisturised already. He's also loving having little pamper sessions and paw massages and now shows me his paws when I go to apply it. Initially he had a few licks at the paw balm as he was a little curious, so thankfully its licksafe! Happy chappy - will definitely repurchase when we eventually run out!
The paw balm has a lovely smell and really does seem to soothe my dogs dry paws. So great all round!
I was in two minds whether to buy this or not but given we were heading into hotter weather I was concerned about my dogs paws. This balm is lovely & does a great job on softening roughened paw pads. It also smells nice! 👍

I have found out accidentally that it is good even for human dry skin - when applying on my dog residue of it was left on my hands and I've noticed they have become softener so here we go, great deal, 2 in 1!

This product I used a few times and after realising it left greasy paw prints all over the carpet I stopped using it and purchased something else which is a lot less greasy, my dog didn’t like the smell of it either.
Vaseline type of rub which i couldn't help but dislike, as soon i put it onto my dogs paws He licked it off.
I can't stand the smell but it defo does the job when my dog allows me put it on her.The smell is horrible though.

Got this for my dog as he gets bad hayfever and kept gnarling at his feet and body after i applied the barm.. not only did it smell amazing but it offered instant relief and the redness gradually went away.
This product is spot on even came with a little hand written christmas message (thankyou) i would say this product is like a lip balm consistency not messy at all . A little rub over with your finger and onto your dogs paws soaks in nice. I use it twice a day no mess no fuss...

The first thing we've noticed from PET IMPACT All-Natural Dog Paw Balm is that it smells a little like curry. It's not an off-putting smell, just unexpected!What is important, though, is that this works really well. Our two Shih Tzus tend to get dry paws and this works perfectly to keep them from getting cracked and too dry. The dogs don't mind it, either, and it doesn't leave them sticky, either.
Balm is great, a little expensive for a dog balm, but you pay for what you get. My dog is lickish but doesn’t bother with this. Great in wooden floors as no sticky mess. Works a treat in on paws.
I knew my dog groomer used balm, so I wasn’t sure about getting it at home. However, my little Border Terrier hasn’t been going to the groomer as often recently, so I have been doing a bit of home maintenance. Not sure how I’m doing clipping him (!) but a wee bit of balm on his pads just takes the roughness off them. It isn’t too greasy, you only need a little and he’s not so curious about it that he licks it off (not that it would do him any harm), so it absorbs well and quickly.Keeps my wee guy's paws looking healthy and smooth so what's not to like?
Great balm that really works for my dog! She developed pretty rough paws in the hot weather, and some parts started to crack too. With applying this balm regularly several times a day, her paw pads have softened in a matter of days. The cracks are better, though not completely healed, but I wouldn’t expect so much change that quickly.The balm also comes with a nice card that gives access to detailed application instructions, safety information, and a bonus PDF guide with useful advice on paw care. It was super helpful and made it easier using the balm. Very impressed with it all.Would happily recommend this paw balm - it has proven to be effective!
Good textured paw balm. Nice smell but not too strong or sickly...only problem is getting it onto the dog 🐶 but that’s a problem with my pooch rather than the product! I’ve been rubbing it in my elbows to try and convince her it’s ok and they are lovely and soft - happy side effect!
