We're always re-evaluating and improving our products. While a popular choice, we've unfortunately had reports of the cork flaking off over time, exposing the cork's base fabric underneath. This doesn't affect their functionality - it's merely an aesthetic change.
But as part of our commitment to transparency and waste reduction, rather than throw them away, we're selling the remainder at cost price to reflect this minor defect, before modifying our next batch!

What Size Should I Get My Dog?
Size guide (neck measurement):
SMALL : 25 to 37cm / 9.8 to 14.5 inches (small breeds)
MEDIUM : 33 to 49cm / 13 to 19 inches (medium to large breeds)
LARGE : 39 to 60cm / 15.5 to 23.5 inches (large to giant breeds)

Why Hemp?
Hemp is famous for being one of the most sustainable fibres around – and for good reason.
- It grows in a range of environments, it grows incredibly fast, absorbing enormous amounts of carbon dioxide (4x times more CO2 than the average tree!) and is naturally pest-resistant meaning fertilizers and pesticides are rarely required.
- It supports soil health by returning up to 70% of the nutrients it takes back into the soil and its strong roots prevent soil erosion.
- It can produce up to 250% higher yield than cotton on the same amount of land and requires up to 4 times less water. It is also one of the strongest and most durable fibres there is, being 10 times stronger than cotton!
Why Cork?
Cork is a lesser-known sustainable material but confers enormous environmental and socioeconomic benefits.
- It is harvested by peeling the bark off cork oak trees which are native to the Mediterranean region and provides a vital source of income to its local communities.
- Since the trees are not cut down to harvest the cork, they provide a vast CO2 store. In fact, harvested trees absorb up to 5 times more CO2 than non-harvested trees to aid the regeneration process – how cool is that?
- They have an critical role in regulating water cycles, preventing desertification and to top it off, they are considered one of the most biodiverse environments in the world, with plant diversity reaching 135 species per square metre! Many endangered species such as the Iberian Imperial Eagle, Iberian Lynx and the Barbary Deer depend on them for survival.

Beautiful soft collar perfect for my greyhounds indoor collar. Love that its cruelty free and the packaging is completely plastic free. Would 100% recommend. Really easy to tighten/ loosen. He seems very comfortable wearing it.

This is a really nice and unique dog collar and leas set.The natural materials used feel much better than the usual plastic / nylon products and will ultimately be far better for your dog's skin long-term.The colour is nice and neutral, which looks great against my Pugzu, Harry's fur. He also isn't bothered with wearing it, unlike some other collars. The collar and lead are both finished off with what appears to be natural cork, with shiny silver buckles and clips.In terms of size, I'd probably suggest ordering a size up if you're unsure. I ordered the small for Harry, who's just under 7kg in weight. It fits nicely, but there isn't much of any growth in it for him.I can definitely recommend this. The lead is a nice shorter length, perfect for walking around town, etc. I'll be using it on his harness, alongside his collar, due to the kind of dog he is.
This is a lovely collar and lead made from sustainable hemp and cork. Neutral colours so ideal for any breed or sex of dog. Despite being sustainable, soft, easy on the hands, a perfect length etc it also has good strong hardware to add to it's good points. It's intended use is for a large breed puppy but I also have a full grown German Shepherd and I think if I could get the right size it would be perfect for him too. I have given it some good pulls and tugs and I can't fine any weak points on it. Well stitched and very well made. If after a lot of use I find that my original review needs adjusting then I will do so but for now this gets the full 5 stars I love it.

This is such a well made and sturdy lead or leash and collar that I honestly can't find fault with it. It's made of really great quality materials, it's attractive and it also looks a quality product. The sewing alone is excellent, it's neatly done and very reinforced to make the combination of soft tan cork and hemp quite strong. The brushed metal used for the collar clip looks the business and is the business, it's so well made and performs flawlessly not like some clips which are loose. The nicely cut layers of cork is on both the collar and the leash to reinforce the hemp at strategic points, for example along the handle area, it's soft and good to the touch which contrasts with the rough hewn woven hemp which makes up the majority of the material used. The colours are dare I say it…beautiful, it looks very natural and most of it IS natural, made of natural products. The clip to attach to the collar has a very sturdy spring and is also made of strong metal, it makes a nice change from the usual slack clips of this sort. Now I said I couldn't find any fault with it, if I think hard I can find one. Being made of light coloured materials this item will soon get dirty but as it is made of quite thick and sturdy material it can be washed easily and I'm sure that the dirt will just fall away anyway. I love this collar and leash. I ordered the large size for one of our dogs. The company enclose a card which explains how you have reduced the carbon footprint of your dog. I like the message that this company gives out and I do like very much this quality collar and leash. Undoubtedly 5 stars awarded and at a price point of £23.99 represents excellent value for both the collar and the leash. Very comfortable for the dog I'm sure, it looks very refined and not loud and flashy. Worth every penny in my opinion.
Looks and feels great however found the metal fasteners a bit too heavy for my small dog. Like everything else I have ordered from Pet Impact so far.
Wherever possible I will always choose environmentally/sustainable things for the furry members of my family. Whether it is food, toys or accessories, it is important that I do my part in looking after the planet. The collar and lead are great quality. The collar is adjustable so will fit my 5-month old Dachshund for fit for a while, if he grows out of it I will be replacing it with the same brand collar. This is a great brand with fantastic values regarding the environment and therefore, looking after our planet.

This is a beautiful dog collar. Really lovely made but l would choose not to use on a muddy walk. Worth getting though, my dog looks a real classy lady with it on.

I absolutely rate your quality, ethics, service and the products I have received. One note - I bought a collar and lead, cork and hemp for a small dog and my one note is that the buckle on the collar is quite heavy. I love it though, but I hope that is useful feedback. Thank you
I like these leads and collars but unfortunately the metal clasp on the collar is weak, breaks easily and I having to replace every few months
Puppy chewed through the lead in no time. Not very durable.
Sent this back right away. Looks great but the corners of the clasp are sharp. Didn't want my puppy to scratch his neck on it.
Looks great but poor metal work/quality. Metal sheared within 4 months so it's unusable now.

I'm so happy that I chose this lead and collar. It looks so lovely on my dog. I was a bit worried to start off with getting a light lead and collar but it looks very classy and well made
A lovely natural looking collar, which looks gorgeous on my golden girl. I wouldn't put it on for runs in the park because it would show up every mud splash mark with it being so pale in colour. Plus it feels like cotton/rope so it will absorb moisture quickly and I'd say take a good while to dry.I haven't needed to wash it yet but I'm hoping it will wash well in the machine.The lead matches perfectly but it is a little shorter than other ones I have.All in all a lovely classy looking set that I will use when I'm taking my dog to events and special occasions.

I've experienced other collars rubbing off on my dog's white coat. I was looking for a white or cream colored collar and found this one. It's well made and fits just right. However, claiming sustainability is reaching, when it's overpackaged. Of course, it's recyclable, but this is just a dog collar. So far so good though. No staining on my dog's lovely coat.
